Renewable Asset Communications - Implementing robust communication systems for wind farms, battery energy storage systems (BESS), solar plants to meet compliance objectives and ease the asset management function.
Additional SCADA, communication and change management projects as EMR is geared for a new phase of growth.
Research and Development

Being the first Project Manager they had, Tim did the following:
Seperated the software team, trained and developed a software developer in management skills, including scrum and sprints, so this portion runs independently. Streamlined the priorities between R&D and management to get full alignment on business objectives, in order to achieve short and long term goals.
Building Management Systems
Developed the project management role at these companies:
Streamlined workflows so that a project manager was not needed. This was done over 11 months. Distilled the project delivery process into repeatable tasks that then had personnel redundancy built into them. The result was a design team with more capacity through clever organisation and a strong feedback loop into sales, to allow sales to understand when to sell more or when to hold back on commitments, in order for the company to manage project delivery successfully. About a year later the company was bought out and rebranded.
Solar in Southern Africa
Incredible growth over here:
Started as a sales manager, left as Head of Operations.
Streamlined,developed and ran operations to transform Power Purchase Agreements into working solar plants, powering a range of companies across multiple industries. Reporting upwards to the Infrastructure Fund, Tim had a major role in the growth of the portfolio and bolstering the performance of the assets in line with the PPA's signed and the fund's ROI targets.
Achievements include personally selling over 1MW's worth of PPA's and well over 50MW's worth of solar implemented, functioning and operational. Tim facilitated around €20 million worth of capital to be deployed and operational.
Major PV Projects include Cresta, Westgate, Menlyn and the Pavillion regional shopping centres. Kruger Shalati camp in the Kruger National Park. Victoria Yards battery bank and panel system as well as the Engen Petroleum pilot sites and national portfolio roll out, which is still ongoing and now expanded into other African countries. The Wanderers Cricket Stadium in Johannesburg is another iconic project Tim personally managed and commissioned.
Solar in Ireland
Provided Leadership at these companies:
Sold and implemented the first residential PV system at Bord Gais Energy.
Streamlined and developed the B2C process, including training multiple sales personnel on how to sell solar in order to benefit customers and the company. Bolstered the B2C operations in Dublin and surrounds to implement 30+ systems personally in a short time frame.
Worked with the Irish Farmers Association to develop a 2 year pipeline of projects under the Targeted Agriculture Modernisation Scheme.
Streamlined the entire solar function at CubicM3, got promoted in 5 months from Project Manager to PV operations manager. This included everything from procurement, site management, stock, construction, design, regulatory compliance, subcontractor management and more. Solar projects delivered include Dixon's Transport (Dublin), Dawn Meats (Waterford), Knock Shrine (Mayo), DUB 5 and 6 data centres and multiple projects in Dublin City Centre through major engineering firms such as Jones, Designer Group, Walls and many more.
